Or you can send your complaint electronically using the following form: Complaint Form The Economy Bank N.V. would deal with your complaint and give you an answer within a time frame of three weeks.

If you are not satisfied with the given answer on your complaint, then you can turn to “KiFiD” (Institution for Complaints concerning Financial Services) in writing. This institution acts independently and their decisions are legally binding. Please note that, this institution only accepts complaints of natural persons (individuals). Also the possibility exists to apply to KiFiD when you haven’t received any reaction from The Economy Bank N.V. within a period of three weeks after filing your complaint. You are bound to address yourselves to this institution utterly within six months as of the date of filing your complaint at The Economy Bank N.V.
